The software QMSys Threads determines the parameters of threaded products and provides thread data on pitch diameters, major diameters, gauge data, part data, helix angles, product and gauge tolerances, crest and root flats, wire sizes, constants, etc. The software allows choosing the thread parameters from the respective list or to be inserted directly - the user does not have to remember the designation of each thread type.
The software QMSys Tolerances & Fits calculates nominal and limit values of machine parts. It can be used to choose a fit and determine tolerances and deviations of machine parts, to calculate bilateral symmetrical tolerances for CNC-programs, design a fit for given clearance or interference respectively, determine non-prescribed limit deviations, etc. The fit design is processed automatically and after its completion, the calculation provides the user with a set of fits whose parameters meet the entered requirements.
