Strategic Hockey action-card scoring game for WIN PC. Play 3 cards, get close enough to shoot. Try to score. Team-mates will help you to victory. While as captain of your team you control 8 of your teams 16 cards and on each turn either team may play a maximum of 3 cards per turn.
Each team has team-mates who may also play cards. Your players will push that puck toward the opponents net and try scoring by using numerous combinations of offensive cards. The more they attack the better the odds of scoring. They will also do all they can to slow down the other team by using combinations of defensive cards.
The referee maintains peace on the ice; he will give penalties to players that play unfairly. Score the goals, maybe on the power-play during an opponent penalty! Check them into submission to gain control of the puck, but beware, keep an eye on the ref, or you may get a penalty yourself.
Try it, make a PASS to a team-mate, let him deal with the goalie! Entice the other team into taking a Penalty, force them into making mistakes or they will send you packing. Your team-mates know this is only a Practice so they may take it easy now and then.
If the game were real and INTENSE you could not ask for a better bunch of guys to go to war with. Options include: Air-hockey between periods. Lightning hockey for 1 period games. Play against a friend or computerized opponents(8). Various Period lengths: 10 or 15 or 20 minutes or OFF.
PlayOffs and championships: best 2 of 3, or best 3 of 5, or best 4 of 7. Choice of placing one Period-Card in the deck to end any game when used. Combat mode: where valid cards are highlited but not shown, just pick one of them. Statistics saved between Periods and at the end of each game.
Period and game data include: Power-Play Goals, Face-Offs, Time in zones, Shots on Net, Penalties, Checks, games won/lost, and more.
